Let’s take on cancer, together!
Congratulations to all the runners, joggers, and walkers in the Ampthill vs Cancer 5K today. And thank you for all those cheering from the sideline, marshalling, and keeping everyone entertained en route.
What a wonderful community event raising money for such a great charity. 
Now … I wanted to run under 30mins but a 31:57 chip time is at least something to improve on next year! 
Fantastic effort from Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service running in their full firefighting outfits. Kudos!
