Blake Stephenson MP Backs Campaign For All New Build Homes To Be Fitted With Solar Panels

Mid Bedfordshire MP Blake Stephenson is backing a campaign by CPRE the countryside charity to ensure all new build homes are fitted with solar panels by 2027.

The plans would include affordable and social rent homes, and also calls on the Government to retrofit all suitable domestic, commercial and public meetings with solar panels.

The campaign aims to ensure that the UK maximises its solar powered energy but important agriculture land and the countryside is protected from solar development.
