Blake objects to 72 houses adj. to 70 Hanscombe End Road

I have submitted an objection to planning application CB/22/00679/OUT on the following grounds -

  1. The Proposed Development is not necessary to meet our local housing need
  2. Traffic volumes will increase to unsustainable levels
  3. There are serious road safety concerns on the stretch of road at Hanscombe End
